1. What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped that will include a tracking number or a link to assist you in tracking your package.

Team orders are delivered directly to your school or league approximately three weeks after the ordering period has expired. The special pricing on Team orders is possible partly because all of the orders from your school or league are submitted to the manufacturer at once, then sent together to the printer for customization. Team orders that do not meet the minimum pre-negotiated quantity are subject to cancellation.

All Team Pack orders are part of a group order. For customized items, the total quantity of each item must meet the printer's minimums. Item totals that do not meet the minimum quantity required by the printer are subject to cancellation. Cancelled items will be refunded in full.


2. How are shipping charges calculated?

Orders totaling $150 or more (before tax) are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for everything else unless special packaging is required. Items requiring special packaging are noted in your cart, along with the shipping cost.

Please note that the shipping charge applies to Team orders also, where it helps to cover the cost of shipping the order to and from the manufacturer and printer, and the final delivery to your school or league.


3. What is your return policy?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase! Products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date the product was shipped to you.

Please note that the return policy does not apply to Team orders. Unless otherwise noted, all Team sales are final due to the pre-negotiated selection, pricing, and customization required with these special orders.

4. How long will it take to have my account credited after a return?

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. We recommend that you check with the bank where your account is held if your account is not credited within seven days after we receive your return. If you do not see an account credit after that time, please contact us.


5. Will I be contacted in case of a problem with my order?

Yes. We will contact you if there are any problems with your order, such as backordered items, shortages, cancellations, and payment or shipping issues.
